摘要
目的:探讨血糖和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平与脑梗死的相关性。方法:选择急性脑梗死患者169例,测定静脉空腹血糖、HbA1c水平,比较不同神经功能损坏程度、病灶大小、预后情况与空腹血糖、HbA1c的相关性。结果:脑神经功能受损重度组血糖水平显著高于轻度组(P<0.05),病灶面积轻度组血糖水平显著低于中度组和重度组(P<0.05),预后不同效果各组间的血糖水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);脑神经功能不同程度受损、病灶不同大小、预后不同效果各组间的HbA1c水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血糖、HbA1c水平与脑梗死严重程度密切相关,高血糖、HbA1c水平不利于脑梗死的预后。
Objective To investigate the blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c) level and cerebral infarction.Methods 169 cases with acute cerebral infarction by vein, fasting blood glucose,the level of HbAlc,comparison of different nerve function damage,lesion size,prognosis and fasting blood ghicose,HbAlc correlation.Results Brain nerve function impairment in severe group blood glucose level was significantly higher than that of mild group(P 〈 0.05),the lesion area of the mild group blood glucose level was significantly lower than the moderate group and severe group(P 〈 0.05),the prognosis of different effect among different glucose level differences were statistically significant(P 〈 O.05),there was no significant difference between other groups(P 〉 0.05);brain function damaged to varying degrees,different sizes,different prognostic effect of lesions among different HbAlc level differences were statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion The blood glucose,HbAlc levels and the severity of cerebral infarction is closely related to the level of HbA1 c,high blood sugar, is not conducive to the prognosis of cerebral infarction.
