摘要
在深入调查国内外对电网运营评价指标情况的基础上,分析了输配电网评价方法的不同,从现有输电网运营指标体系存在的问题着手,提出电网运营效率评价指标的要求,总结得出一套适用于我国输电网特性的运营效率评估指标新体系。新的指标体系以基于全寿命周期的单位输电成本为主要指标,从运行效率、安全性、经济效益、可靠性4个角度全面地反映输电网运营效率。
On the basis of deep investigation on the evaluation index of power grid operational efficiency, the differ- ences between the evaluation methods of distribution network and transmission network are analyzed in this paper. Proceeding from the existed problems in the current operational index systems of transmission network, this paper pro- poses some requirements in the assessment index of power grid operation efficiency and summaries out a new index system which is suitable to the characteristics of the transmission network in our country. The new index system uses the life cycle unit transmission cost as the main indicator, thus comprehensively reflecting the grid operation efficiency from four aspects： utilization, security, economic benefit and reliability.
