液压电机泵中电机定子形状对电磁特性的影响

摘要 为了获得更紧凑的液压电机泵,需减小其内部浸油电机的外形尺寸。通过缩小圆形电机定子外径并切边,设计出了八边形电机,利用Ansoft软件对不同外径的圆形电机和八边形电机进行电磁仿真计算。计算结果表明:八边形电机定子的体积比标准圆形电机减小16%,电机轭部磁密局部有所变大,齿部磁密基本不变,且谐波影响变化较小,八边形电机电磁性能设计合理。研究结果为减小液压电机泵外形尺寸提供了参考。 In order to obtain a more compact hydraulic motor pump, the dimension of oil-immersed motor need to be reduced. Therefore, an octagonal motor was designed by narrowing and trimming the outer diameter of circular stator. The electromagnetic per- formance of circular motor and octagonal motor with different diameters were simulated by Ansoft. The results show that the stator vol- ume of octagonal motor is reduced by 16%, the yoke flux density becomes larger in local, the tooth flux density is basically the same, and the harmonic impact has smaller change compared to circular motor. The octagonal motor has rational electromagnetic properties. This study provides a reference for reducing the dimension of hydraulic motor pump.
