摘要
提出基于直流电机换向过程中产生的纹波进行计数的电机驱动部件定位功能测试系统方案。电机驱动部件在设备上夹紧后,采用大功率直流电源通过接触器给电机供电,用PLC控制接触器的通断和电机的供电电流方向,使部件能够进行正反向运动;在部件运动期间,采用AD卡采集电流传感器拾取的电机电流信号,利用数字滤波、FFT等技术对信号进行处理,获取电流信号变化的主频频率和幅值,将这些参数与要求的合格范围进行比较判断合格与否。实验研究表明,系统的频率检测精度能达到±10 Hz范围内。
A remember function test system of DC-motor drive assembly unit based on ripple counter technology was presented. When assembly unit was clamped, the high-power DC power supply was'adopted to supply power to DC-motors by contactor. On/off of the contactor and the direction of motor' s current were controlled by PLC i so assembly unit could run forward or backward. The cur- rent signal of DC-motor was collected by AD card in the rotation process, then it was processed by using digital filter and FFT technol- ogy. The test results were compared with prescribed parameter. The experimental results show that the system frequency measure pre- cision is in the range of ±10 Hz, and the test system can steady run in a long time.
