摘要
对应用多路阀的正负压测漏系统进行了设计与研究,在研究现有差压测漏仪的基础上,设计了正负压测漏系统的气动回路,并分析回路的工作原理,再利用AMESim仿真软件建立系统的仿真模型,对其进行仿真实验,得出了多路阀开口度对正负压测漏系统工作特性的影响。实验结果表明,具有合理多路阀结构的正负压测漏系统能够满足现有的检测要求。
A new positive and negative pressure leak detection system which based on application of multiway valve was designed and researched. Based on researching the present: differential pressure leak detector, the pneumatic system which applied in case of positive and negative pressure comprehensive testing was designed, and the working principle of the circuit was analyzed. Next, by using the AMESim to found the simulation model of this system, it was simulated experimentally. It was found that the muhiway valve opening degree impact the operating characteristics of positive and negative pressure leak detection system. The experiments results show that this system which based on reasonable muhiway valve can meet the testing requirements at present.
