摘要 针对制造过程中存在众多加工模糊因素影响加工成本的实际情况,提出一种基于层次分析法的公差成本优化模型,采用层次分析法得出加工因素的成本综合影响权系数,将其引入制造成本函数中,并综合考虑多重相关特征的产品质量损失与尺寸公差的函数关系,建立了制造成本与质量损失之和最小的公差成本优化模型。通过实例对该模型进行验证,结果表明该模型有效可行。 Aimed at processing cost was affected by many fuzzy factors during manufacturing, a tolerance cost optimal model was established based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The comprehensive cost coefficient of process factors were obtained through AHP. An optimal tolerance cost model of minimizing the sum of processing cost and quality loss was built considering the combination of inducting the coefficient to the function of processing cost and the relationship between multiple features related to product quality loss and dimension tolerance. The proposed optimal model of tolerance cost was verified by a practical example.
