摘要
为了克服冷发射模拟试验台在模拟发射导弹的过程中存在的平台震动问题,设计一种新型串级控制方法。使用AMESim与Simulink建立模拟试验台液压支腿数学模型,模型内环采用经典PID控制方法,外环使用自适应模糊法整定PID参数。联合仿真表明:采用该控制策略能够使震动后的平台迅速回稳,较传统单回路PID控制策略,能够有效提高系统的鲁棒性。
To overcome the vibration of test table when simulating missile cold launching, a novel cascaded control strategy was proposed. Math models of test table' s hydraulic props were established by AMESim and Simulink. Classical PID controller was uti- lized in inner loop, meanwhile adaptive fuzzy control was adopted to set PID parameters in out loop. Co-simulation shows cascaded controller can be used to stabilize the test table quickly, and robustness of the system is highly improved compared to traditional single loop PID controller.
