ZnO空心纳米球的水热合成及其光催化性能表征 被引量:3

摘要 以简单的无机锌盐、H2O2、氨水和去离子水作为反应前驱物,采用水热法在200℃合成了ZnO空心纳米球。利用XRD、TEM考察了反应时间和反应温度对产物组成及形貌的影响,并探讨了产物的形成机理。光催化性能研究表明,合成的ZnO空心纳米球具有优异的光催化性能,紫外光照射50min后对罗丹明B的降解率达到90%。 ZnO hollow spheres were prepared by hydrothermal treatment at 200℃, using simple precursors as inorganic zinc salt, H2O2, NH3· HaO and deionized water. The composition, morphology and particle size of the products were characterized by XRD and TEM. The formation mechanism of ZnO hollow spheres was also dicussed. Hydrothermal synthesized ZnO hollow spheres showed excellent photocatalytic property, the degradation efficiency of Rhodamin-B is 90% under UV light irradiation for 50 minutes.
