摘要
分析了高速列车安装板的冲压工艺,设计了排样及模具结构,重点介绍了模具结构特点及工作过程。生产实践证明:模具结构合理、可靠,冲压出的零件质量稳定,可为类似零件的模具设计提供一定的参考。
The stamping process of a mounting plate in high speed train was analyzed, the layout and die structure were designed and the die structure characteristics and stamping process were presented.
