摘要
利用直流磁控溅射法在不同氧流量下沉积TiO2薄膜,并制备了染料敏化太阳电池(Dsscs)。研究了氧流量对TiO2薄膜晶体结构、表面化学成分和对染料敏化TiO2电极光电性质的影响。发现在锐钛矿和金红石的混合晶型的TiO2薄膜中,对应金红石结构的拉曼谱峰强弱与TiO2电极的开路电压有相同的变化趋势;随着氧流量的增大,TiO2薄膜表明吸附的氧原子减少,这在一定程度上有助于增大染料敏化TiO2电极的短路光电流。
TiO2 films were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering at different oxygen flux pressures to be dye-sensitized TiO2 electrodes with N719.The effect of oxygen flux was investigated on crystalline structure,surface composition of TiO2 thin films and on photoelectric properties of TiO2 electrodes.It is found that open-circuit voltage increases as rutile phase is improved,when both anatas and rutile exit in TiO2 films.In addition,with increasing oxygen flux pressure,oxygen atoms absorbed to surface of the TiO2 thin films decreased,which was beneficial to the improving of short-circuit photocurrent,to some extent.
