铅酸蓄电池厂污水总铅量测定与调查分析

摘要 对江浙沪中小铅酸蓄电池企业污水总铅量进行抽样调查,并对铅污染的因素进行分析,为铅污染的防治提供参考依据。用水样经纯硝酸、纯高氯酸消解后,用0.2%硝酸溶液稀释,然后用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定。方法标准差为0.236,变异系数为5.43%,回收率为92.0%~96.8%,排污口污水中铅含量为0.58~0.81 mg/L,铅排污系数为0.19~0.60 kg/(104kVAh)。水样经处理后测定铅,测定结果精密度及回收率均较理想,测得的铅酸蓄电池厂排污口水中铅含量都小于标准限值1 mg/L,符合国家污水综合排放标准,但必须控制污水排放量,从而控制总铅量的排放。 The total lead content of sewage from small and medium lead-acid battery factories in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai was sampled,and the factors caused lead contamination were analyzed,which provided a reference for the prevention and control of lead contamination.The water samples were nitrified with pure nitric acid and perchloric acid,diluted with 0.2% nitric acid solution,and then was mensurated by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Standard deviation of the results is 0.236,coefficient of variation is 5.43%,recovery is 92.0% to 96.8%,lead content of the sewage outfall is 0.58 ~ 0.81 mg/L,lead emission factor is 0.19 to 0.60 kg/(10^4 kVAh).The lead determination of the treated water samples,precision of measurement results and the recovery was ideal.The measured lead levels of lead-acid battery factories’ sewage draining exit were less than standard limits(1 mg/L) and met national discharge standards,but the water emissions must be controlled,and thus the total amount of lead emissions was controlled.
