摘要
可再生能源中太阳能的建筑节能潜力最高。利用太阳能可为建筑的采暖供热、制冷、发电、采光、调湿和通风等提供能量,大大降低了建筑物内的能源消耗,减少了环境污染,是建筑可持续发展的方向。提出利用太阳能发电系统支撑的监控系统来对智能建筑水环境系统进行监控的概念,该监控系统包括对传统的给水排水系统、中水系统、直饮水系统及雨水系统的监控与管理。并通过采用智能化技术对水环境系统实行监控和集成管理,保证设备正常运行,实现给排水管网合理地调度,并实现与其它智能化系统信息资源的共享和统一管理,拓展了传统给排水系统的概念,丰富了建筑设备监控及管理系统的内涵,并将光伏发电的概念引入其中,为实现智能建筑环保、节能、健康的目标,提出了具体可行的方案,有较强的实用价值。
Solar has the highest potentiality of building energy-saving in regenerative energies.The use of solar energy can provide energy for the building’s heating,refrigeration,power generation,lighting,humidity and ventilation.The application of solar is the way to achieve sustainable development of building industry,and greatly reduce the energy consumption and environmental pollution.The concept of the intelligent building water environment monitor system of supplying by solar power systems was given.The monitoring system includes the monitoring and management of traditional water supply and drainage systems,water systems,drinking water systems and rainwater systems.The intelligent technology was used to control and manage water environment systems,realize water supply and drainage network safe,reliable operation and information resources sharing and unified management.The research expanded the traditional concept of the supply and drainage systems,enriched the content of BMS,and introduced the concept of photovoltaic power generation.A feasible scheme was put forward,having strong practical value intelligent building environmental protection,energy saving and healthy living.
