摘要 简述了消失模铝合金铸件碳夹杂冷隔缺陷形成的机理,以变速箱壳体铸件为例,对在不同浇注温度条件下的碳夹杂冷隔缺陷进行分析,表明高温有利于减少碳夹杂冷隔缺陷的数量及面积。 This article briefs the formation mechanism of fold defects in aluminum alloy lost foam castings: taking gearbox housing for example, pouring at different temperature and analyzing the casting fold defects, testifying that higher pouring temperature is beneficial for reducing the quantities and areas of fold defects.
