七氟醚联合地佐辛用于人工流产术镇痛效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察七氟醚联合小剂量地佐辛用于无痛人工流产术的效果。方法:200例育龄妇女随机均分为四组,A组:单纯吸入七氟醚;B组:七氟醚+芬太尼0.001mg/kg;C组:七氟醚+地佐辛0.1mg/kg;D组:七氟醚+地佐辛0.2mg/kg。诱导时氧流量6L/min,维持期降至2L/min,待患者睫毛反射消失,呼之不应,BIS值降至50时开始手术。术中依据BIS值调整吸入七氟醚浓度,术毕停用七氟醚。观察麻醉前后呼吸、循环变化,镇痛效果,术后恢复情况及不良反应等。结果:患者均顺利完成手术,A组吸入七氟醚浓度显著高于其余三组(P<0.01);各组均出现一定程度循环抑制,以B组最为显著(P<0.01);呼吸抑制发生率B组高于其余三组(P<0.01),C组呼吸抑制明显少于B、D两组;术中镇痛不全和术后腹痛发生率A组显著高于其余各组(P<0.05);苏醒时间D组显著长于其余各组(P<0.01)。结论:七氟醚联合地佐辛0.1mg/kg用于人工流产术镇静镇痛效果满意,呼吸、循环抑制不良反应少,苏醒快而完全,可供临床选择。
