暖精煎治疗精子顶体酶异常男性不育症78例疗效观察

Curative Effect of Nuanjing Jian for Male Sterility with Abnormal Acrosin:An Observation of 78 Cases

目的:观察暖精煎治疗精子顶体酶异常男性不育症的临床疗效。方法:对78例精子顶体酶异常的男性不育症患者采用暖精煎治疗,3月为1疗程;观察治疗前后精子顶体酶活性、精子正常形态率及精液参数的变化情况。结果:治疗后精子顶体酶活性、精子正常形态率与精子密度、活率、活力均有提高,与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:暖精煎可明显提高精子顶体酶异常男性不育症患者的精子顶体酶活性,改善精子质量,提高生育能力。

Objective： To study the efficacy of Chinese medicine of self-prepared Nuanjing Jian in the treatment of male infertility patients with abnormal acrosin. Methods： Seventy-eight qualified subjects were treated orally with the decoction of Nuanjing Jian for three months. The activity of acrosin, the ratio of semen with normal morphology and semen parameter were observed before and after treatment. Results. After treatment for 3 months, the activity of acrosin, the ratio of semen with normal morphology, and the sperm density, survival rate and vitality were obviously improved（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion. Chinese medicine can obviously improve acrosin activity and sperm quality, and promote fertility.
