肉瘿发病因素的Logistic回归分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨肉瘿发病的危险因素。方法:随机抽取住院肉瘿患者130例及门诊非肉瘿患者130例,进行问卷调查对照,通过单因素和多因素Logistic逐步回归分析肉瘿与年龄、性别、职业、饮食、情绪、爱好等因素的相关性。结果:性别为女性、年龄在30~60岁、经常食用海鲜、急躁易怒、忧虑过多、情绪波动大、工作压力大、常失眠、吸烟等9项是肉瘿发生的危险因素。结论:肉瘿的发病与性别、年龄、碘过量、情志、吸烟等因素相关。
