廉泉、夹廉泉为主穴治疗中风后吞咽障碍临床观察

Therapeutic Effect of Principal Points of Lianquan and Jialianquan for Post-stroke Dysphasia

目的:观察以廉泉、夹廉泉为主穴治疗中风后吞咽障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为2组各32例。2组均进行脑梗死常规药物治疗,对照组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用体针配合眼针治疗;治疗组在对照组针刺取穴的基础上加用廉泉、双侧夹廉泉穴治疗。观察2组患者吞咽功能及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组吞咽功能分别与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组吞咽功能与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组临床疗效比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:廉泉、夹廉泉为主穴治疗中风后吞咽障碍对患者吞咽功能的恢复有良好疗效。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of principal points of Lianquan and Jialianquan for the treatment of post-stroke dysphasia. Methods： Sixty-four qualified patients were equally random- ized into control group and treatment group. Both groups were given conventional drugs for stroke. Addi- tionally, the control group was given body acupuncture and eye acupuncture, the treatment group was also given acupuncture on Lianquan and Jialianquan besides the acupoints for the control group. Recovery of swallowing function was compared in the two groups. Results： Swallowing function was improved in both groups after treatment（P 〈 0.01 compared with that before treatment）, and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than of the control group（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment is benefit to the recovery of swallowing function in post-stroke dysphagia patients, in particular acupuncture on the princi- pal points of Lianquan and Jialianquan.
