摘要
采用筛分脱泥、一级旋流脱泥、二级旋流脱泥、旋流-筛分脱泥4种脱泥工艺对马海盐湖高不溶物、低品位地表固体钾矿进行了脱泥试验,给出了试验结果。试验结果表明,马海盐湖高不溶物、低品位地表固体钾矿经旋流-筛分脱泥后,脱泥矿可以达到浮选法生产氯化钾对原料不溶物的要求,使高不溶物地表固体钾矿得到了较好的开发利用,高效利用了钾资源。
This paper uses the four kinds of desliming technology of screening desliming, one stage hydro- cyclone desliming, two stage hydrocyclone desliming and hydrocyelone -sieving desliming process to have a desliming test for mohair Saline Lake high insoluble,low-grade surface solid potassium deposit, the test results were provided. The test results show that the desliming mine of mohair Saline Lake high insoluble, low-grade surface solid potassium deposit by hydrocyclone -sieving proces can produce potassium chloride by flotation method. The high insoluble surface solid potassium deposit has been well developed and uti- lized ,which means the potassium deposit can be used efficiently.
