关于四球试验中钢球问题的探讨

Talking about the Issues of Steel Ball in Four-ball Test

四球试验是评定润滑剂摩擦特性的重要试验手段,试验钢球是影响试验结果准确性的重要因素之一。以Falex钢球为蓝本,采用统计学方法从钢球的洛氏硬度,表面粗糙度和磨斑直径方面考察了三种国产钢球的差异。认为重庆钢球较好,上海钢球居中,而北京钢球相对较差。

Four-ball test is an important testing method of evaluating frictional characteristics of lubricants, and the quality of steel balls is one of the important factors to impact test result accuracy.With Falex ball modeled, the differences of three kinds of domestic-made steel balls were investigated from Rockwell hardness, surface roughness and worn scar diameter by statistical methods.The steel balls made in Chongqing was considered better, the balls of Shanghai was moderate ,and the balls made in Beijing was relatively poor.
