摘要
采用高纯电熔莫来石、兰晶石、石英粘土、改性添加剂经粉碎、磁选后混和,再加入粘结剂进行混碾,最后经成型、干燥、烧成而成。结果表明该莫来石砖具有成本低、体积密度高、耐酸度高,尤其是常温抗折强度高达19.1MPa、抗压强度88MPa、重烧线收缩经1600℃×5h为0、热震稳定性能优异的优点。该方法具备工艺简单、成本低廉、可操作性强等优点。
By Mixing high purity fused mullite, kyanite, quartz and modified additive after grinding and magnetic separation,and by adding binder for molding, After drying and sintering muUite brick prepared in this method has the advantages of low Cost, high volume density,high alkali-resistance and especially that the strength at normal temperature is up to 19.1MPa, the compressive strength is 88MPa, the shrinkage is 0 after retiring 5 h in 1600℃ and the thermal shock resistance is good.This method has advantages of simple, low cost and good maneuverability.
