自制泌乳Ⅱ号中药干预肝郁气滞型泌乳缺陷的临床评价

The clinical evaluation of lactation defect intervention gy self-made lactationⅡ Chinese herb medicine

目的研究应用自制泌乳Ⅱ号干预肝郁气滞型泌乳缺陷。方法对因精神郁抑、焦虑、睡眠障碍、食欲 下降所致泌乳不足的产妇随机分两组，各６０例。一组行泌乳Ⅱ干预为实验组。一组以常规对症处理为对照组。 观察指标：（１）泌乳量；（２）睡眠质量；（３）食欲；结果用药３天内（１）实验组母乳充足率高于对照组２３％；（２）睡眠正 常率高于对照组７８％；（３）食欲恢复到发病前水平实验组高于对照组７３％，各组均有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论自 制泌乳Ⅱ号对哺乳期产妇生理——精神因素有正向调节作用，能有效干预因情志不畅所致的泌乳不足。

Objective To apply the self-made lactation Ⅱ Chinese herb medicine to prevent the lactation defect. Method the parturient with lactation degficiency caused by dsythymic, worry, sleep disorder and poor appetite was randomly divded into two group, each have 60 cases, experimental group was gave lactation Ⅱ Chinese herb medicine, another was gave routine treatment as control.Amount of giving milk, sleep quality and appetite were selected as indicator. Results after three days of treatmrnt, the rate of adequate lactation in experiment group is 23% more than that of control group. the rate of norrmal sleep is for 78% more than that of control group, 73% of them have resume the appetite as compared with control group. there is singififant difference. (P < 0.01) Conclusion The self-made lactation Ⅱ Chinese herb medicine can adjust positively the Parturient physical and psyche factors, and prevent effectively the lactation deficiency caused by dsythymic.
