YBC-200称重显示表系统集成度高,电路布局合理,输入输出控制功能强,精度高,稳定性能好,确保了高炉炉顶下料重量的准确性。阐述该仪表的特点及在9#高炉炉顶秤使用过程中出现的一些问题,并提出相应的解决办法。
YBC-200 weighing display controller have many merits, such as high system integration, logical circuit layout, strong input/output control functions, high precision and stable performance, ensuring the weight accuracy of top material distribution of blast furnace. The features of this instrument and some problems arising in the use of weighing display controller of No.9 blast furnace top were expounded, and appropriate solutions were proposed.
