摘要
对15台同型号贯流式蒸汽锅炉进行能效测试。测试用锅炉主要热损失为排烟热损失,占到总损失的85%以上。对比TSG G0002——2010中对锅炉设计参数的要求,分析了锅炉热损失产生的原因及节能方法,以指导锅炉节能运行和节能改造。
The thermal efficiency of 15 once-through boilers of the same model was tested. The waste heat loss was the main heat loss in tested boilers, which occupied over 85%. By comparing with the demand of design parameters in TSG G0002-2010, the causes of heat loss and energy-saving measures were discussed. It provided guidance on boiler's energy-saving operation and energy-saving reconstruction.
