摘要
介绍10.00-20 18PR矿山用载重斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径1 066mm,轮胎断面宽252mm,行驶面宽度208mm,行驶面弧度高18mm,胎圈着合直径509mm,胎圈着合宽度190mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.869 1,花纹深度22mm,花纹饱和度29.58%,花纹周节数35,采用混合花纹设计。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用10层1870dtex/2和3层1400dtex/2V3锦纶66浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布;采用3B型成型机成型,硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,物理性能符合企业标准要求。
The design of 10.00--20 18PR mining truck bias tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 066 ram, cross-sectional width 252 ram, width of running surface 208 ram,height of running surface 18 ram,bead diameter at rim seat 509 mm, bead width at rim seat 190 ram,cross-sectional level ratio (H1/H2) 0. 869 1,mixed pattern de- sign,pattern depth 22 mm, block/groove ratio 29.58%,pattern circular pitch 35. In constructiondesign,the following processes were taken:three-formula and four-piece extruded tread, 10 layers of 1870dtex/2 and 3 layers of 1400dtex/2Va dipped nylon 66 cord for carcass ply,2 layers of 1400dtex/2 dipped nylon 66 cord for breaker ply;using 3B-type building machine to build tires,and using curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimen- sion, strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements in the relative design and national standard,and the physical properties met the requirements of enterprise standard.
