摘要
介绍385/55R22.5 20PR超低断面无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径992mm,断面宽390mm,行驶面宽度320mm,行驶面弧度高10mm,胎圈着合直径569.5mm,胎圈着合宽度324mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.97,花纹深度15mm,花纹周节数66,花纹饱和度23.8%,采用4条纵向花纹沟设计。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用1+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,1#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线;采用一次法成型机成型,硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,速度性能符合企业标准要求。
The design of 385/55R22.5 20PR super low profile tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 992 ram, cross-sectional width 390 ram,width of running surface 320 ram, height of running surface 10 ram,bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 ram,bead width at rim seat 324 ram,cross-sectional level ratio (H1/H2) 0. 97,pattern depth 15 mm,patterncircular pitch 66,block/groove ratio 23.8~,withthe design of 4 longitudinal pattern grooves. In construction design, the following processes were taken:three-formula and four-piece extruded tread, 1 +6+ 12 X 0. 225HT steel cord for carcass ply, 3 )〈 0.20+6X0.35HT steel cord for 1 belt ply,3+9+15X0.22+0. 15 steel cord for 2 belt ply,5X 0.30HI steel cord for 3 belt ply, and 3 X 7 X 0.20HE steel cord for 0 belt ply; using single stage building machine to build tires, and using curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension met met the the requirements in corresponding design requirements of enterprise standard , strength performance and endurance performance and national standard, and the speed performance
