摘要
目的 探讨酮咯酸的局部镇痛作用。方法 动物实验采用兔齿髓刺激法和小鼠福尔马林实验 ,临床疼痛评定采用视觉模拟评分法。结果 齿髓内注射酮咯酸氨丁三醇(KT) 15 0 μg/kg·只 -1能显著提高兔齿髓电刺激的痛阈而静注无效 ;小鼠左上唇scKT 1 6mg·kg-1能明显抑制该部位sc福尔马林的疼痛反应 ,但对对侧 (右上唇 )sc福尔马林所致的疼痛反应无效。临床小剂量KT口腔患处敷极显著降低患者的疼痛分值。结论 酮咯酸具有局部镇痛作用 。
AIM To investigate the local analgesic effect of ketorolac. METHODS Formalin test in mice, tooth pulp stimulation procedure in rabbits and human oral pain were used. RESULTS\ 150 μg of ketorolac tromethamine(KT) could significantly raise the pain thresholds after it was injected into the tooth pulp,but did not show any effect after being injected into ear edge vein in rabbits. The second phase response (rubbing lips) induced by subcutaneously injection of 10 μl 5%formalin at left upper lip was markedly inhibited by KT(1 6 mg·kg -1 ) given at the same site, but at the same dose showed no effect after being injected into the opposite site. Clinical observation found that both 1 mg·L -1 and 5 mg·L -1 KT which were applied directly to the oral pain site could very significantly and rapidly decrease the VAS(visual analogue scale) of patients. CONCLUSION KT has markedly local analgesic effect, and can be used to relieve oral pain administrated in the injured or inflammatory tissue.
