摘要
评价了一些常用絮体改善剂对絮凝剂处理含聚污水时所形成的黏性絮体的改善效果。以甲基丙烯酸为单体合成了聚甲基丙烯酸(PMA),利用PMA为絮体改善剂和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(C16TAB)为絮凝剂对采集的含聚污水进行了处理,并考察了PMA的黏均相对分子质量、m(PMA)∶m(C16TAB)、ρ(PMA+C16TAB)等条件对含聚污水处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,针对本工作采集的含聚污水,当PMA的黏均相对分子质量大于1.89×106、m(PMA)∶m(C16TAB)=1∶2、ρ(PMA+C16TAB)≥200 mg/L时,经PMA与C16TAB处理过的含聚污水水色较清澈,且无明显黏壁现象。
The treatment effects of some conventional modifiers on viscous floc formed during the treatment of polymer-bearing wastewater with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(C16TAB) wereevaluated. Polymethacrylic acid(PMA) was synthesized from methacrylic acid as monomer. The polymer-bearing wastewater was treated with PMA as floc modifier and C16TAB as flocculant. Theeffects of relative viscous average molecular mass of PMA, the mass ratio of PMA to C16TAB and p(PMA+C16TAB) on the treatment results were studied. The results show that when the relative viscousaverage molecular mass of PMA is more than 1.89 × 106, the mass ratio of PMA to C16TAB is 1 : 2 and p(PMA+C16TAB) is not less than 200 mg/L, the wastewater treated with PMA and C16TAB wastransparent and no viscous floc adhering to the bottles.
