摘要
水泥厂筒仓内部设计的减压锥由于其形状为圆锥体,且一般高度较大,导致施工难度和危险系数较大,质量要求高。该工程减压锥是在筒仓整体施工完毕后再进行施工,通过精心设计模板支架和模板加固,验算模板支撑体系,保证了减压锥施工的安全,确保了工程质量,并通过地泵和塔吊的有效配合,解决了由于筒仓壁较高会导致浇筑混凝土时产生冷缝的问题,成功地完成了减压锥施工。
Due to the cone shape of great height of the decompression cone in the silo of cement plant, construction becomes rather hard and dangerous, so the quality of decompression cone must be high. The decompression cone of this project is constructed after the overall construction. Through nicely designed formwork erection, reinforced frame and calculated formwork supports system, construction safety of decompression cone is ensured, project quality is affirmed and the problem of cold joint when pouring concrete because of the high silo wall is solved through the effective coordination of ground pump and tower crane, thus the construction of decompression cone is successfully completed.
