在电站锅炉中,回转式空气预热器漏风率远超过设计值,严重影响机组经济效益,因此对回转式空气预热器进行了柔性接触式密封技术改造。本文通过对三个电厂中空气预热器柔性接触式密封技术的改造实例的介绍,重点阐述分析了空气预热器柔性接触式密封技术的改造效果,肯定了柔性接触式密封改造技术在回转式空气预热器上的成功应用。

In boiler, the air leakage rate of rotary air preheater is far higher than the design value, bringing serious impact on economic benefits of boiler, therefore it is necessary to reform the rotary air preheater to adopt flexible contact seal.This article introduces the transformation of flexible contact seal in rotary air preheater of three boilers, mainly states the transformation effect of flexible contact seal in rotary air preheater, and approves successful application of flexible contact seal in rotary air preheater.
