麻黄素拮抗异丙酚复合诱导引起的循环功能抑制 被引量:6

摘要 目的 本文应用不同剂量的麻黄素 ,减轻和拮抗异丙酚复合诱导引起的血压下降和心率减慢。方法  45例择期全麻病人随机分为 3组 :对照组、10 mg麻黄素组和 15 mg麻黄素组 ,各组均使用以异丙酚为主的复合麻醉诱导 ,观察诱导期的血压、心率变化。结果 发现以异丙酚为主的复合诱导引起血压和心率降低 ,并持续到给药后 10多分钟 ,10 mg和 15 mg麻黄素均能拮抗异丙酚引起的循环抑制。结论 麻黄素 10 mg既可有效地拮抗异丙酚对循环功能的抑制 ,又不增加气管插管时的心血管反应 ,使诱导期循环功能稳定。 Objective To administer ephedrine at different dose levels so as to antagonize or decrease the blood pressure(Bp) reduction and bradycardia caused by propofol combined induction.Methods 45 cases scheduled for selective surgery under general anesthesia were divided randomly into three groups:control group,10mg and 15mg ephedrine groups.Each group was induced with propofol in combination with other anesthetics.Bp and heart rate were determined.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]Bp drop and bradycardia were observed after propofol combined induction,and they lasted more than 10 minutes.Ephedrine in doses of 10mg and 15mg both antagonized the haemodynamic inhibition of propofol combined induction.Conclusion Ephedrine at a dose of 10mg could antagonize the haemodynamic inhibition of propofol induction and did not increase the cardiovascular reaction during endotracheal intubation.
