改良方法建立兔VX2肝癌模型及其MRI表现 被引量:4

Improved Methods of Establishing Rabbit VX2 Carcinoma Model and its MRI Findings

摘要 目的:利用经典和改良后的造模方法分别建立兔VX2肝癌模型并进行MRI扫描。方法:将40只新西兰大白兔随机分成两组,A组20只,使用经典的开腹瘤块注射法,B组20只,使用改良CT下定位瘤块注射法。分别于术后14、17、21、25d进行MRI扫描[1]。观察指标:(1)两种方法的造模成功率。(2)两种接种方法的操作时间的差别。(3)兔VX2肝癌模型在影像学中的表现。结果:(1)A、B两组的造模成功率分别为87.5%和83.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)A、B两组的平均接种时间分别为(28.6±4.90)min及(14.8±2.48)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)MRI扫描可以发现直径较小的肝肿瘤组织。结论:改良后的方法接种时间短、操作方便、成功率高,适用于建立稳定的兔VX2肝癌模型[2]。 Objective:Classic and improved modeling methods were established in rabbit VX2 carcinoma model using MRI scan. Methods:40 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. The group A ot 20, with abdominal tumor mass, injected with classic method. Another group B of 20 with improved method. CT guided tumor mass injection. With 14,17,21,25 postoperative days MRI scanEl3. Indicators: (1)Success rate in two methods of modeling; (2) different operation time in two inoculation methods; (3) imaging of rabbit VX2 carcinoma model. Results:The modeling success rate of two groups A and I5 were 87.5% and 83. 3%, respectively;the differenee was not statistically significant (P〉0. 05). The average vaccination time of group A and group B were (28. 6士4. 90)min and (14. 8 士 2. 48) rain respectively. A statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). MRI scan are able to find liver tumor tissue even it is of small diameter. Conclusion: The improved method of inoculation time is short, easy to operate, high success rate, applied to establish a stable rabbit VX2 carcinoma modelEz3.
