球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效。方法:收集我院近年来采用PKP治疗的33例OVCF患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:采用PKP术治疗后,VAS评分、伤椎椎体平均高度以及脊柱后凸cobb角均明显优于术前,和术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。平均手术时间(37.5±13.6)min,平均住院(6.5±1.7)d。结论:PKP治疗OVCF患者创伤小、操作简单、稳定脊柱,能够部分恢复椎体高度及强度,并发症少,值得临床进一步研究推广。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF). Methods: 33 cases of OVCF treated by PKP in the hospital were collected and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: After PKP surgery, both VAS score, the average height of the vertebral body kyphosis and the cobb angle were significantly better than preoperative, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). The average operation time was (37.5 土13.6) rain, and the average hospital stay was (6.5土 1.7) days. Conclusion: Using PKP in treatment of OVCF had the advantages of less invasive, simple operation, to stabilize the spine, partially restore vertebral body height and strength and fewer complications, which was worthy of further research and promotion.
