Social needs leads to the curriculum construction. Along with the urgent demand of 3G technology talented persons, curriculum construction of wireless network optimization is imminent. The teaching process should be based on typical job tasks and simulate actual network optimization. In order to achieve learning-working integration and train the students to possess the network optimization knowledge and fault analysis ability, it needs to construct teaching resource pool based on post ability demand and evaluation system based on professional post requirements.
