世界优秀男子网球选手人种差异性的探析

Analysis of Racial Difference for Elite Athletes in Current Men' s Tennis

当今世界男子网坛名列前茅的几乎都是白人选手,黑种人和黄种人选手寥寥无几。网球运动水平的高低和不同人种差异之间是否存在某种关联?以此为切入点,对近5年来男子网坛ATP排名前50名的选手进行研究,分析不同人种的特点与其运动成绩间的关系。从自然人类学和社会文化人类学2个方面探讨白人选手称霸网坛的原因,为我国男子网球选手选材和培养提出建议。

It is evident that nearly all the top tennis players are white athletes in today＇s men＇s professional tennis. Black and yellow athletes rarely participate in this sport. In that case, it arouses the author＇s attention ： are there some kinds of relation between the level of tennis player and the racial difference？ In order to find out the relation between the characteristic of athletes of different races and their respective achievement, the author analyzes and researches the top 50 tennis players in the men＇s tennis ATP rankings in recent five years. From the two aspects of the Physical Anthropology and the Social and Cultural Anthropology, the author tries to delve into the reason for the white dominance of the men＇s professional tennis, and therefore, provides some advice in the selection of athletes in Chinese men＇s tennis.
