精神分裂症患者腰围、A型人格与心率变异性相关分析

Relationship among Waist Circumference,Type A Personality and Heart Rate Variability of Schizophrenia Patients

目的探讨精神分裂症患者的腰围、A型人格与心率变异性(HRV)相关关系。方法 111例精神分裂症患者根据腰围、A型人格分组,同时检测HRV、腰围、体质指数、空腹血糖、血脂以及A型人格等。结果腰围增粗组经协方差分析校正一般情况、血糖、血脂等指标后,其HRV各指标均低于正常腰围组(SDNN,t=-2.84;SDANN,t=-2.14;RMSSD,t=-2.91;PNN50,t=-3.48;P<0.01);腰围正常A型人格组的患者的HRV指标与腰围粗大的A型人格组(SDNN,t=3.42;SDANN,t=2.86;RMSSD,t=2.26;PNN50,t=2.78;P<0.01)以及腰围正常非A型人格组的HRV指标与腰围粗大的A型人格组(SDNN,t=5.60;SDANN,t=4.80;RMSSD,t=4.44;PNN50,t=5.458;P<0.01)或非A型人格组比较(SDNN,t=2.64;SDANN,t=1.93;RMSSD,t=1.68;PNN50,t=2.41;P<0.01),差异均具有显著的统计学意义。结论腰围及A型人格可能影响精神分裂症患者的HRV,且导致HRV指标降低。

Objective To explore the relationship among waist circumference, type A personality and heart rate variability （HRV）of schizophrenia patients. Methods A total of 111 schizophrenia patients were divided into groups in accordance with their waist circumferences and whether they had type A personality. Meanwhile,their HRV,waist circumferences,body mass index, fast- ing blood glucose,blood lipid,type A personality and so on were examined. Results After the general conditions,blood glucose, blood lipid and other indexes of the group with enlarged waist circumference were corrected by means of covariance analysis,all in- dexes of HRV of this group were lower than those of the group with normal waist circumference （$DNN,t =-2.84;SDANN,t= -2.14;RMSSD, t =-2.91 ;PNN50,t =-3.48 ;all of P〈 0.01 ）. There were significant differences in HRV indexes between patients with normal waist circumference and type A personality and those with enlarged waist circumference and type A personality （SDNN,t=5.60;SDANN,t=4.80;RMSSD,t=4.44;PNNS0,t=5. 458;all of P〈0.01）. Distinctions of the HRV indexes be- tween patients with normal waist circumference and non-type A personality and those having enlarged waist circumference with type A（SDNN,t=5.60;SDANN,t=4.80;RMSSD, t=4.44;PNN50,t=5. 458;all of P〈0.01） or non-type A personality is sig- nificant（SDNN,t=2.64;SDANN,t=1. 93;RMSSD,t=1. 68;PNN50,t=2.41;all of P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Waist circumfer ence and type A personality probably have influences on the HRV of schizophrenia patients,particularly leading to the decline of HRV indexes.
