The Impact of Cognitive Group Therapy on College Students’ Social Anxiety

摘要 目的探讨团体认知治疗对大学生社交焦虑的影响。方法选取1000名大学生,采用《人际关系综合诊断量表》进行测试,筛取量表分≥9分(人际交往存在一般困扰者)223人。根据自愿原则,选取人际困扰的大学生30名,随机分为2组,每组15人:实验组采用团体认知治疗进行干预,每周1次,共8周;对照组不给予任何干预。两组在干预前后分别进行交往焦虑量表、社交回避及苦恼量表测定,比较实验组、对照组在干预前后量表得分的差异。结果心理辅导组:交往焦虑得分干预前后有显著性差异(t=2.97,P<0.05)。社交回避及苦恼量表总分在干预前后有显著性差异(t=3.09,P<0.05),其因子分:回避因子分干预前后有显著性差异(t=2.61,P<0.05),苦恼因子分在干预前后有显著性差异(t=2.56,P<0.05)。对照组:交往焦虑得分前后测验比较无显著性差异(t=-1.13,P>0.05)。社交回避及苦恼量表总分前后测验无显著性差异(t=0.85,P>0.05),其回避因子分前后测验无显著性差异(t=1.09,P>0.05),苦恼因子分前后测验无显著性差异(t=0.45,P>0.05)。结论团体认知治疗能有效改善被试的社交焦虑情绪,减少社交回避行为,改善社交苦恼症状,提高社会交往能力。 Objective To explore the impact of cognitive group therapy on college students' social anxiety. Methods A total oS 1000 college students were assessed with "Interpersonal Relationship Integrative Diagnostic Scale" ,and 223 students were screened because their scale score was equal or greater than 9(having common difficulty in interpersonal relationship). 30 students with in- terpersonal relation harassment were chosen on the principle of voluntariness, and were randomly divided into two groups, each with 15 cases:the members of the experimental group were intervened with weekly cognitive group therapy for eight weeks;the mem- bers of the control group got no intervention. All the students would be assessed with “Social Anxiousness Scale” and “Social with- drawal and Distress Scale” before and after intervention, and then compared the experimental group with the control group. Results The experimental group ..There was a significant difference in social anxiousness scale score between before and after intervention (t = 2.97,P〈0.05). The score of social withdrawal and distress scale existed a significant difference between before and after in- tervention(t =3.09,P〈0.05),and the factors scores were as follows:There were significant differences in withdrawal factor score (t = 2.61, P〈 0.05)and distress factor score (t = 2.56, P〈 0.05) between before and after intervention ; The control group : There was no significant difference in social anxiousness score between pre-test and post-test (t =-1.13,P〉 0.05). The score of“social withdrawal and distress scale” did not exist a significant difference between pre-test and post-test (t= 0.85 ,P〉0. 05) ,and factors scores were as follows :There were no significant differences in withdrawal factor score(t= 1.09 ,P〉0.05)and distress factor score (t=0.45,P〉0.05)between pre-test and post-test. Conclusion Cognitive group therapy can reduce the social anxiety of the par- ticipants,decrease their social withdrawal behavior,relieve symptoms of social distress,and enhance social interaction skills.
