职中教师职业效能感的现状及其影响因素 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察中等职业学校教师职业效能感的现状及其影响因素。方法采用自编的《教师职业效能感问卷》对广东省中山市6所职业中学的400名教师进行调查。结果男教师在职业效能感的工作能力自评和人际交往维度上得分显著高于女教师(t=3.538,2.15;P<0.05),在职业效能感的职业状况、社会支持、生活满意度和角色认同维度上得分显著低于女教师(t=-3.05,-1.90,-3.37,-2.38;P<0.05);城区职中教师在职业效能感的生活满意度维度上得分显著高于镇区教师(t=2.11,P<0.05);从事教育行业前景的信心、经济状况、收入水平的满意度与职业效能感显著正相关(r=-0.36,0.16,-0.30;P<0.05)。结论城区教师比镇区教师的职业效能感高,且与教师对行业前景的信心和经济水平、自身收入水平等成正比。 Objective To explore the professional efficacy of secondary vocational school teachers and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 400 preservice teachers from 6 vocational schools in Zhongshan city,Guangdong province,were investigated with self-made teacher professional efficacy questionnaire. Results Male teachers scored significantly higher than female teachers in work ability (t = 3. 538,P〈0.05)and interpersonal dimensions (t = 2.15,P〈0. 05), but lower than female teachers in employ- ment status(t=-3.05,P〈0.05),social support(t=-1.90,P〈0.05),life satisfaction(t=-3.37,P〈0.05)and role of identity(t= -2.38, P〈 0.05);City teachers were significantly higher than township teachers in life satisfaction (t = 2.11,P〈 0. 05) ;Engaged in the education sector confidence in the future,economic conditions,satisfaction for income had significantly positive correlation with professional efficacy (r=-0. 36, 0. 16,-0. 30;P〈 0. 05). Conclusion City teachers' professional efficacy is higher than that of township teachers,and Drofessional efficacy is positive correlation with confidence in business prospect ,economic level and their in come level.
