初中生抑郁现况调查

Depression of Junior High School Students

目的了解初中生抑郁的现况,为维护其心理健康提供素材。方法分层整群抽取上海市松江区9所初中的1173名初中生,进行流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)施测,以SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果①1173名初中生中,女生、初一年级、来自农村、单亲家庭的学生抑郁分数偏高,差异有统计学意义(t/F=3.196,10.297,4.345,3.808;P<0.001);②初中生抑郁检出率为38.3%。其中,女生、初一年级、来自农村、非独生子女、单亲家庭学生的抑郁发生率偏高,分别为41.6%,47.4%,48.9%,45.7%,49.5%;③性别、年级、成长环境、是否独生子女、家庭状况均是初中生抑郁的影响因素(R2=10.014,F=8.750,P<0.001)。结论初中生抑郁检出率较高,女生、初一年级、来自农村、非独生子女、单亲家庭初中生抑郁发生率较高。

Objective To explore current situation of depression of junior high school students,so as to provide the material for mental health. Methods Total 1173 students from 9 junior high middle schools of Songjiang district in Shanghai were investigated with Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale （CES--D）by stratified cluster sampling. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results ①In all of 1173 junior high school students,the depression scores of schoolgirls,first grade,from rural areas from single-parent family students were higher and the differences were significant（t/F= 3. 196,10. 297,4. 345,3. 808 ;P〈0. 001）. ② The prevalence rate of depression was 38.3%,in which the prevalence rate of schoolgirls, first grade, from rural areas,non-only children,from single-parent family students was significantly higher and respectively 41.6% ,47.4% ,48.9% ,45.7% ,49.5% ;③ Sex,grade,grown environment,only or no only children and family status were all of the influence factors of depression for junior high middle students（R2=10. 014,F=8. 750,P（0. 001）. Conclusion The prevalence rate of depression for junior high school students is high,in which the prevalence rate of schoolgirls, first grade, from rural areas, non-only children, from single-parent fami- ly students is significantly high.
