双语者语言转换ERP研究现状

Event-related Potentials (ERPs) in the Study of Bilingual Language Switching

ERP技术的出现,克服以往行为学研究方法上的不足,为双语研究的发展提供一种新的方法,在双语者语言转换的研究方面取得了不少成果。国外的相关研究主要集中于发现并分析语言转换的相关ERP成分,研究语言转换的神经关联,转换代价以及阅读时的语言转换效应等问题。国内的研究主要集中于汉英双语者的语言转换问题。虽然ERP技术得到了广泛的使用,但是利用ERP技术对双语进行研究仍旧处于初始阶段,还有许多未解决的问题等待进一步的研究去解决。

The widely use of ERPs comes over the disadvantage of behavioural measures. It really offers a use-ful tool for the research on bilingualism. In recent years, we have witnessed an increase in the use of the ERPs in neurocognitive research on bilingualism and has made a big progress. In abroad, several studies have tried to iden-tify the components and the main electrophysiological correlates of task - switching. They also pay attention to the switching cost and the switching effects when reading. And many Chinese researchers try to identify the Chinese -English bilinguals＇language switching. Although it has been widely used in the study of bilingualism, the study of language switching using ERP measures is still at its early stages and there are many unresolved issues need further study to identify.
