Research on the Professional Development of Distance Education Teachers

随着我国教育改革的不断深入,对远程教育教师专业化的要求越来越高,迫切需要不断提高教师的专业化水平。对远程教育教师专业发展的研究不但可以帮助我们设计、规划专业发展的内容和方法,而且亦可以找出远程教育环境下教师专业发展存在的问题及方向,从而提升远程教育教师适应远程教育发展的需求。

With the deepening of education reform in our country, the prolesslonal requirements to ols- tance education teachers are becoming increasingly high. Teachers＂ professional level is urgently needed to improve. The study of professional development for distance education teachers can not only help to design and plan the content and methods of professional development, but also can find out the problems and di- rection of teachers~ professional development in distance education environment, so as to improve the teachers~ competence of adapting to the needs of the development of distance education.
