摘要 针对特厚松散顶板采煤工作面顶板破断机理研究不足造成顶板漏冒压坏工作面液压支架问题,采用理论分析、相似模拟实验、数值模拟分析等手段,进行特厚松散顶板采煤工作面顶板破断规律、机理及特征研究,进行特厚松散顶板在采动过程中的裂隙发育情况、离层情况、冒落和垮落特征分析。研究得出:特厚松散顶板采煤工作面顶板垮落特征与常规顶板地质条件下有所不同,特厚松散顶板以冒落拱形式破断;基于特厚松散顶板破断特征,利用采动岩体力学理论,建立了特厚松散顶板破断的力学模型,确立了特厚松散顶板采煤工作面冒落拱参数。该技术成果可为其他类似地质条件矿井煤炭开采提供技术指导。 In view of the problem which study insufficient of the roof broken rule and mechanism of coal mining face with super thick and loose layer caused the roof leakage and falling crushed the hydraulic support in coal face, by using theoretical analysis and analog simulation experiment, numerical simulation analysis and other means, the roof broken rule and mechanism and feature of coal face with super thick and loose layer are studied and the fracture devel opment, abscission layer and caving characteristics in the mining process are analyzed. The study obtains the conclu sion that the roof caving feature of the coal face with super thick and loose layer are different from conventional roof geological conditions, the super thick and loose roof take caving arch structure breaking. Based on the broken features of super thick and loose roof, use mining rock mechanics theory, the broken mechanical model of super thick and loose roof are established and the coal face caving arch parameters of super thick and loose layer are determined. The technology can provide technical guidance for coal mining of other similar geological conditions.
