摘要
目前,我国煤矿使用离心式通风机的还占大多数,特别是一些服务年限超过20年的矿井中,离心式主通风机大多存在能力富裕、长期低效运行的问题,调整风量的办法主要是采用减少进风闸门开启高度或者是改变叶片角度等方法,风机的实耗功率并未降低,造成大量电能的浪费,同时也损坏风机。通过对镇城底矿离心式通风机的变频改造实践,利用调频可实现通风机的调速运行,根据需要可方便地改变风机运行工况点,有效地提高了主通风机的运行效率,运行稳定性和自动化程度有了进一步的提高,节能效果显著。
At present, our coal mine using centrifugal fan still accounts for most, especially the service life of some mine has been more than twenty years, most of entrifugal main fan have the problems which capacity is rich, long term operation is inefficient, adjusting the air flow approach is mainly used to reduce intake gate opening or change the blade angle method, the real consumption power of fan did not reduce, caused a lot of waste of electric en ergy, but also damage the fan. Through the transformation practice of centrifugal fan frequency conversion in Zhenehengdi coal mine, using frequency modulation can realize speed governing operation of the fan, according to the need can easily change fan operation point, effectively improve the efficiency of the main fan, operation stability and the degree of automation has been further improved, energy saving effect is remarkable.
