摘要
东曲矿西大巷部分巷道顶帮压力大,巷道表面喷射的混凝土产生裂缝、破碎,甚至掉落,部分巷道两帮岩体已经产生裂隙、剪胀变形,并伴有少量底鼓,影响了矿井正常的采掘接替,同时严重威胁井下安全生产。通过对东曲煤矿西大巷4 100~4 200 m进行注浆加固试验,把这种高分子化学浆液均匀地注入到具有孔隙、裂隙、节理等软弱结构的煤岩体中,浆液以填充、渗透和挤密等方式,将煤岩体胶结成一个整体,使煤岩体形成强度高、抗渗性能好、稳定性高的新结构体,可改善煤岩体的物理力学性质,提高其整体性和强度。
The pressure of roof and slope of section tunnel in west main roadway of Dongqu coal mine is large, the sprayed concrete of the roadway surface engender cracks and broken, even drop out, two sides rock mass in part roadway have generated crack, dilatancy deformation, and accompanied by a small amount of heaving floor, have in fluenced the normal replacement of mining and digging in the coal mine, and at the same time, seriously threaten un derground safety production. Based on the grouting reinforcement test of west main roadway 4 100 4 200 m in Dongqu coal mine, this kind of polymer chemical grout evenly is injected into the coal and rock mass with pores, frac tures joint and weak structure, the slurry in the way of filling, penetration and compacting etc, coal and rock will be cemented into a whole, make the coal and rock form the new structure body with high intensity, good anti permea bility and high stability, can improve the physical and mechanical properties of coal and rock and increase the integri ty and strength.
