摘要
随着煤矿开采技术的不断提高及设备自动化、智能化的推广,结合多年来KJ216顶板在线监测系统在河东煤矿的应用状况,针对设备的结构及特性探索出一系列适用于煤矿生产的安装技巧,同时摸索出一套该系统的管理办法,并根据现场实践和煤矿井下生产条件和安装要求,提出了对设备优化的方案,该系统能较好地指导安全生产,起到了超前防患作用,且在该矿采掘工作面安全监测中发挥了积极作用。
With improvement of the coal mining technology and popularization of equipment automation and in tellectualization, combines the application situation of K J216 roof on line monitoring system in Hedong coal mine for many years, in connection with the equipment structure and characteristics explore a series of suitable for coal mine production installation skills, and at the same time, fish out a set of the system management method and according to the practice, mine production conditions and installation requirements proposed the equipment optimization scheme, the system can better guide the safety in production, play a leading preventive role, and in safety monitoring of this mine mining face play the positive role.
