In this paper, the crystallization behaviour of borosilicate glasses doped with CdSxSe1-x is reported. The crystal lattice parameter and energy gap of CdSxSe1-x solid solution have been studied by using XRD and the Reflective Spectrum. The influence of the thermal treatment on the lattice parameter and the exceptional function of Zn2+ during the heat treatment is discussed.
