摘要
纯碱是玻璃生产的主要原料之一。目前,在纯碱供应紧张的条件下,研究低碱玻璃组成具有重要的意义。本工作在研究低碱瓶罐玻璃组成的基础上,设计试验了新的高铝低碱瓶罐玻璃组成,在上海玻璃瓶五厂投产三个月,情况良好。玻璃的各项性能指标和工艺参数均达到要求,在节约纯碱和降低成本方面取得了显著的效果。
In order to reduce soda consumption, a new high alumina low alkali container glasscomposition was studied based upon the investigation of low alkali container glass. In this glass Li2O and P were added and CaO, MgO were increased so as to reduce refining temparature. The results of trial production show that this high alumina low alkali container glass can fully meet the technical requirements of glass containers and can also increase mechanical strength of glass containers. Putting this new glass into production should gain remarkable economic profits.
