摘要
变折射材料是六十年代末发展起来的一种新型无机材料,具有广泛的应用前景。变折射玻璃制成的渐变型光纤的光损耗比阶梯型小得多。有了变折射玻璃就可以用平面代替曲面,用单片镜代替组合镜,既避免机械加工,又缩小天文望远镜的体积。变折射玻璃已经在成像系统、光通讯系统、光存储、光计算机、信息处理等领域得到广泛的应用。
Sodium aluminosilioate glass with refractive-index gradient prepared by both thermal diffusion and electrically-assisted Ag+-Na+ ion exchange was reported. Index profiles in treated glass were determined by shearing-interference method, Ag2O and Na2O concentration profiles were determined by electron microprobe, and the Ag+-Na+ interdifusion coefficients were evaluated. The experiment showed that electrically-assisted ion exchange is much mora effective than thermal diffusion method.
