试论我国高校创新人才培养的几点思考

Reflections On Cultivating personnel with Creative Talents

创新型人才是具有创新精神和创新能力的人才。在世界经济快速发展的关键时期,人才是世界各国共同关注的热点,也是我国高等教育的重头戏。当前,我国高校创新型人才的培养存在高校教学方式单调;评价制度及考试制度单一与粗糙;学风急功近利与浮躁;人才结构不合理更趋严重;教育投入不足等问题,严重影响了高校的创新人才的培养。故此,提出几点加快高校创新型人才培养步伐的建议。

Personnel with creative talents refers to personnel with innovative spirit and ability to innovate. At the critical period of world economy＇s rapid development all countries focus on cuhivating talented personnel, thus our country also put China＇s higher education at the highest position. The cultivation of innovative talents of our colleges and universities exists many problems, for instance, monotonous of teaching methods, oneness and roughness of evaluation system and examination system, quick success attitude and impetuous of study style, deterioration of unreasonable personnel structure, insufficient investment in education, all these factors seriously affecting the Innovative talents. Therefore, make a few recommendations to speed up the pace of in- novative college personnel training.
