The Laifeng street party organizations create learning activities through the transformation of ideas, innovative carrier to expand content, improve the mechanism, create an atmosphere of everyone always learn- ing in everywhere, to enhance the Party organizations and Party members and cadres creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness, and provide a powerful ideological guarantee for the full completion of a moderately pros- perous society in all respects to the benefit of Laifeng people, spiritual motivation and intellectual support. This article take Laifeng Street, Bishan County, as an example, exploring how to create a learning- oriented party, and analyze its successful experience.
