摘要
师范生实践能力培养模式改革是教师教育改革的重要内容之一。"三S"模式是在"教学做合一"理论和主体教育论基础上提出的,对革除传统师范生实践教学的弊端,提高师范生实践能力具有积极的意义。有效的师范生实践能力培养模式的构建,必须从课程资源、师资队伍、实训平台和考核激励机制等方面的建设入手,遵循知行合一、个性化、全面性、分级递进等原则。
The reform of normal students practical skills training mode is an important part of teacher education reform. Based on the theory of "combination of teaching, learning and doing" and the subject education theory, "3S" mode was put forward, which had the positive significance on getting rid of disadvantages of traditional normal education and improving students practical ability. The effective practical ability training mode construction of normal students should be built from the aspects of the curriculum resources, teachers, training platform and incentive mechanism. And it should follow the principles of unity, individualization, comprehensiveness, grading and graduality.
